BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:As an artist I have the right to decline any request for any reason.1. Payment & Delivery:- Half of the price will be paid upfront and the second half after I have finished the drawing
- Delivery time varies anywhere from a few days to a month, depending on the complexity of the drawing, the amount of commissions I have taken before your turn and how occupied I am.
- I accept payment through PayPal (USD) or Blik (PLN)
- The base price refers to a drawing of a single character with a simple background - it may increase depending on the complexity of the drawing (e.g. backgrounds, multiple characters etc). We will discuss the final price.
- I accept no refunds unless I have not began working on the commission yet.2. Communication & revisions- Communication via Instagram or e-mail; the finished piece will be sent via e-mail in a png format
- Unless it's a headshot or a sketch type of commission, I will send you a coloured sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept multiple minor changes and one major revision at the sketch stage.
- You will be able to change aspects of the drawing during the coloured sketch phase. However, once I begin rendering, making any major changes will result in an additional fee.3. Usage:- For personal use only (no commercial / AI / NFT)
- The drawing will contain my watermark which cannot be removed. If you wish to post my art work, you must credit me as the artist. Changes may not be made to the drawing by people other than me.
- Commissioned artworks may not be used to encourage or support hate or discrimination to any groups.4. Client obligations:- You are required to provide clear reference images and detailed descriptions of your desired artwork. The final outcome will largely depend on the quality and specificity of the details you provide.
